About Us
Engineer's Office for Applied Spectroscopy was founded in 1994 by the owner and CEO,
Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thomas Fuchs. The main business activities is film thickness measurement and plasma emission monitoring using our
FTM-Lite gauges TranSpec spectrometers, which have been developed and are manufactured exclusively for our company.
The company is located in Aalen, about 70 kilometers (50 miles) in the east of Stuttgart:
